Pole Fitness Instructor
POLE FITNESS - OUR FITNESS AND DANCE TEAM
Pole Fitness is looking for a confident, bubbly, enthusiast person, with a willingness to learn, who is a current instructor or student (looking to get into teaching), to teach once a week . As well as good pole ability we're looking for a people person, someone who can really relate to, and look after our lovely students.
NOTE: Applicants with a Pole instructors qualification are required to obtain their own insurance and update it each year.

Here's what we need from you...
If you're a pole student who'd like to teach, we need you to have a minimum 3 years pole experience.
Must be keen to learn - there is a minimum 12 weeks training in house on our beginners course.
You must be able to confidently teach a 15 mins warm up /cool down, and undertake relevant training sessions on the syllabus, and other teacher training as required - we will provide training.
Additional information
The successful candidate will need to pay for, and provide their own relevant insurances.
They must also be a high intermediate poler: Confident in Superman, Ayesha, Brass Monkey, Shoulder mount and Air invert. ( I will still consider if one out of the list is a strong working towards.)

Here's what we need from you...
- The ability to follow our set syllabus up to a certain level.
- Ideally ( not essential to begin with) able to write own class plans.
- Instruct a safe 15 min warm up / cool down with progressions and regressions.
- Learn the full 'Pole Fitness’ 6 wk beginners course before shadow teaching a 6 week beginner course to learn how to teach the basic beginner syllabus.
- To attend one off trainings to learn higher level syllabus tricks, techniques and activities.
- You must train weekly for your own personal development and in order to develop and learn new material.
- You will be available to teach from 6.40pm 9.25pm once a week ( night to be agreed).
- Provide cover on other evenings when required, so flexibility is important.
- Must be able to perform: Ayesha, Brass Monkeys, Shoulder mount and Superman
- Ideally you should be be able to Air Invert.

- 1-2 min video of you on the pole - this needs to be a full video not snippets, or clips as a montage.
- I would also ideally need a video of you teaching a student, or a video tutorial of you performing the below moves explaining the tips as you go.
