Classes and Courses
At Pole Fitness Windsor we’re mad about pole! We run two different level courses each evening, every 6 weeks, meaning you continue pole with us long as you like; I’ve been teaching some girls, well over 10 years! Courses have been specifically designed for safe progression and fun! We are just about to launch our very own grading system. These are for our students to track progress for fun. Pole Fitness attendees DO NOT need to take part in this to attend courses or continue on to the next level. It’s designed only for those that want to do it for personal achievement.
All Pole Fitness courses are run over six weeks and each class lasts for 1hr 25mins; allowing adequate time for a targeted warm up & cool down. Pole Fitness course classes give you more time on the pole and help prevent injury. More time on the pole is always best in our book.
Each week, step by step, you will learn new moves, tricks and spins. We will recap and practice moves from the previous week and individual attention will be offered to guarantee you personally get the most out of your course.
We understand that not everyone is a gymnast or dancer and everyone learns at their own pace. We teach all ages, shapes and sizes, courses are taught at a students current level so there is no need to feel intimidated or worried. I do not mix course levels.

Our Classes and Courses
6 weeks beginners course, suitable for all, catering for all fitness levels. learn 15+ spins and attempt to climb the pole.
As with the previous courses, we recap the moves we need to and move on when ready.
The Pole world is fast moving and new moves, tricks and transitions are being developed and created every week.
.Each week you will learn a further approx 4- 6 moves, spins or tricks and we will start to link the moves together
As your confidence and sills imrpovde we build upon the moves we need to and move on when ready.
Pole Club is great for those unable to commit to a six week course, or who want to practice outside of their course.
Learn an additional 4- 6 moves, spins or tricks per week. You'll be encouraged to choreograph links and pole flow.
At Pole Fitness we constantly refresh our courses so that students are learning new tricks and techniques.
