What is Pole Fitness?
Pole dancing for fitness is a sport that combines many different forms of exercise, from dance to gymnastics, acrobatics to strength training. All classes at Pole Fitness Windsor are taught by our fully qualified instructors who will motivate and encourage you to achieve your own fitness goals through pole dancing for fitness. Pole Fitness Windsor is on the Berkshire, Buckinghamshire border. We offer premier courses from our own studio. Courses of different levels are run 4 days a week.
