Pole Fitness is deemed as a Pole Dance for Fitness School not just a pole dance lesson in a gym taken by a fitness instructor who has never danced  professionally. 

The Pole Fitness uniform is perfect for pole fitness lessons.

This is not essential, you can still wear your own stuff but I have chosen the shorts and tops as they are the best thing to wear for pole work.

 Top - you need bare skin on your shoulders for intermediate to grip on learning shoulder mounts so shoe string tops are best.
 
 Shorts - I have spent time trying on many shorts! these do not gape when you do the V and  they also do not make you slip on the pole when sitting
 
 The set is £25 or £15 for a top or £15 for the shorts.
